PRICES AND POLICIES
The minimum call out fee is £ 65.
Prices quoted are for the completion of service within the zones SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, W1, W2. Outside this radius a surcharge will be added based on the time and distance.
Without prior notification about a cancellation of the scheduled appointment the therapist will wait no longer than 20 minutes into the scheduled time and full service charge will apply.
If the client is late less than 20 minutes to the scheduled appointment, the therapist will only perform the treatment for the time remaining. For any extra time requested in order to complete or extend a treatment extra charge will apply subject to therapist’s availability.

YOUR TREATMENT
In case of any special needs or questions a client is advised to call in advance to discuss it.
Depending on a treatment therapist will arrive around 10-15 minutes prior to a designated appointment time.
It is essential that the therapist has access to certain conditions such as: hot water, power supply, good lighting, sufficient space for a therapy couch etc (depending on a treatment) in order to complete it to the best standard.
Before the first treatment a client will be asked to complete a brief medical history form since certain health conditions might be contradictory to treatments.
For any minor clients (aged under 16) parental permission is required.
If the treatment is considered to be inappropriate, a therapist reserves a right to refuse it in the interest of both client’s and therapist’s safety.
PAYMENT
Services are payable by all major credit and debit cards except American Express.
In order to guarantee a reservation credit card details will be required.
Unfortunately, gratuities cannot be added to card charges.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the designated appointment time. In case cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the 50% treatment cost will be charged.

All treatments are carried out by highly qualified and experienced therapists, who are carefully selected and trained. All practitioners are CIDESCO, CIBTAC, IHBC or NVQ qualified and fully insured members of BABTAC, FHT, Embody, GPBT or other relevant organisations.
Our therapists use only industry’s leading brands including Yon-ka, Jessica, OPI, Essie, St. Tropez, Lycon, professional make up and others. We assure that the choice of the brands is solely determined by the quality and effectiveness of the products.
